It also doesn't help when teachers are prohibited from using visuals to teach sex ed. For example, no more condom demos or imagery. I have plenty of kids who understand the idea of condoms but have no clue what one looks like, feels like, etc. The information we are allowed to give is woefully limited. Those who cross the line have parents and the board of ed after them.

Sean is right, teachers and parents have better things to watch out for than naughty manga. However, it does give them the impression sex or those body parts work that way. Last year, I was bombarded with anal sex questions because of a scene in Kaffir Boy, which for some reason is permitted in English class. That was awkward ...
