[ACML] Organizers Summit at AX 2012?

Hello all.

I can provide some additional info right now, but the full breakdown will be coming out in a few weeks.

The event will take place on June 27-28, 2012 before Anime Expo. It will be set up to allow the participating 
conventions, event planners, service providers, and other interested parties to meet, share notes, and compare
services and products. 

Hotel information and registration will become available at the same time as the hotels for Anime Expo itself.

We will also once again host the annual FIMR event (Fandom & Industry Management Reception) during the con for 
a more informal meet and greet during the convention itself.

We appreciate the interest, and once again more detailed information will be available in a few weeks. If you
