Personally speaking, there is a double-standard when it comes to women
being sexual harassers, mostly because when people think of
harassment, it's often thought of as being only physical thing and not
an emotional thing.

I think about that gay guy who went to Yaoi Con who had an awful time
because of the aura of the place and the women/girls who are there,
and I wonder exactly how many of the other guys out there at the other
anime cons who are very disturbed at the female conduct.
