It looks like people who book americans in japan and not the other way around O.O

But that doesn't mean they haven't made japanese band contacts and is moving on to book bands here.

I've been to MTAC and you guys seem to use more local bands like the slants. Echostream is a good one too. 

Plus it looks like they are going to charge the artist or you an appearance fee or guarantee. I dunno but I can honestly say I had never heard of them while in Japan or here. I can ask around for you....
