[ACML] Political speech

Hello,

I believe this is a common misconception that should be corrected.
Non-profits and 501(c)3 ones in particular are perfectly good to make
discussions about political issues or even endorse an issue. They are
not allowed to endorse candidates.

As an example, the non-profit American Lung Association has no
problem educating the public about anti-smoking legislation and
endorsing it. They just can't endorse a political candidate who is
anti-smoking.

Another obvious example is that PBS or NPR or your local public
station would not be able to have a show that discusses pending
political issues. But of course, public broadcasting never endorses a
specific candidate.
