In exchange, Crunchyroll will stop hosting user uploaded videos. I still question them going with a paid subscription, because if the kids
have a choice between 10 hours for free and 1 for $$, they'll go to sleep and wake up to free. Ad supported with the option to remove them with a paid subscription is the only way to truly put down the fansubs

Sure they go free 7 days down the line, but that's 6.5 days too late. It's great that progress is being made, but there's a long way to go
