OK, I am curious - if you do not print names on badges how do you
A. Know whether or not multiple people are using the badge
and
B. Know for sure who is making trouble if you yank someone's badge 
and toss them out?

FWIW, all our badges have badge name, nickname whatever on the front 
and real legal name on the back
