	A staffer/coordinator who does not immediately act upon the matter once 
it's reported to them should be considered in support of bootlegs and 
thusly should be held just as accountable as the dealer selling the 
bootlegs. That's my opinion, at least.

	Always get the name of the person you reported it to. If they drag 
their feet or if they make you feel like you're the bad guy for doing 
the right thing, start climbing up the chain of command to report the 
bootlegger AND the staffer.
