This is going to be a problem with many of the smaller cons that don't 
have the money to pay appearance fees. Many small cons struggle while 
they grow their attendance. Not being able to afford guests because of 
appearance fees is only making the task harder. I'm just wondering what 
is going to happen to the overall con scene.
