[ACML] Voice Actor Appearance Fees

Speaking for someone with a location advantage (Great white north).  Most of the guests that come up or would like to come up seem to always wave the apperance fee for us.  We don't even ask about it.  All in all we are in the same boat about apperance fees.  Personally I can't even dream of paying apperance fees for anyone that I fly up.  Normally we pay for their plane ticket (which is very expencive in the first place), hotel stay, food/booze, a person to take them anywhere they would like to go, site seeing (full days worth), and gift baskets.  Also we work with the guests if they would like to stay longer for more site seeing.  Mainly we tote ourselves as a "vacation" con.  As in they seem to do more site seeing then work at our con.

Now if I were say in the same city or at least 2 hours or less by car away from a guest.  I can see throwing them a couple of buck on an apperance fee or at least some for gas. :P  I just wouldn't feel right about having a guest that is so close to just come to the con, work, and go home.  Not saying that some cons do this mind you. :)
