Exactly. It's very frustrating and I think it really does a lot to isolate 
certain cons as far as their treatment from the industry is concerned.

It's hard enough when you have companies like TOKYOPOP that will flat out 
tell you "Yeah, we're interested in you - but truth be told we rarely care 
about a con under 10,000 attendees". Ok, great - so you like 4 cons in the 
entire country?
