[ACML] Hurricane Rita and our friends in Texas

Yeah, a lot of people ended up on a 30 hr trip to nowhere.  Houston was 
spared.  Dallas didn't get diddly, not even any rain.  Some East Texas 
areas got a bunch of rain and costal east texas got smacked pretty bad.
