Thanks for the suggestion Bill. I was thinking
though of a smaller type of chain hotel to host
this in rather then a Marriott. Something like an
Executive Suites,  not a
Hilton/Marriott/Sheraton/Doubletree. However, I'm
open to suggestions. As for space needs for this
event. One room that could hold maybe 60 people
that could be split in two to host 30 people
each. Nothing to fancy. Have round small tables
for the room so people could talk in groups, but
also listen to a classroom type talk.
