I hope the event goes well for them as well but I wonder about having an
event on Thanksgiving Week.  A few weeks later in December is Japan Town
Anime Faire 3.   So, the Bay area in California will be trying out these two
winter months and hope it works out but have anime events/cons succeeded in
bringing attendees by having them close (days or a week before or after)
Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's eve?
