This is a critical note, this isn't going to be a
short-term project.  These folks have lives to rebuild
and even the foundation of that can be over a year of
basic assistance needed.

Very good one.  We've slated ours as well - even if
it's not a bad run, do we *really* need to lug that
box of old tshirts around exerting effort to hawk them
for another year, or is this a much better option?  My
only additional thought, check with your local groups
to be sure they're ok with logo shirts.
