[ACML] Anime Expo Registration Ideas

Hi everyone,

You know, I was thinking... I hope we are not scaring off potential
future-registration department heads.  I think that registration can often
be the most scrutinized department and the challenges they face are
tremendous. 

And if we find people who are just really good for the job and do their job
well, you don' want to lose them at all.  I know for those reading this
thread over the past week, it may be discouraging, but I hope not.
