[ACML] Anime Expo 2005 Attendance

Sakura-Con had approx. 253 staff for 5,200 attendees. The staff number does
not include volunteers.  The attendee number is for paid registrations, not
badge days).

Brian, are you counting volunteers in your staff number?  Or do you make a
distinction between 'staff' and 'volunteers'?  For example, how many hours
is a person required to work to be considered staff, and do staff receive
certain benefits?  Do you consider panelists staff?

Fanime had a staff size of 400 in 2005 for 7,000 paid attendees.
