Troy, we all pretty much were a "doubting Thomas" last year when the 25K was announced.   If there is one thing AX every year hypes to press, public and industry is Numbers.  

Just how 33K was even announced at the end of AX is very premature.  By you own website attendance postings,  this sets up AX for diminshing returns in the comming years.  You mean to say that Long Beach can comfortably hold programming for over 50K in 2007?  I recall that Long Beach was pretty much maxed out in 2002 and you had announced crowd of 15K.

Why would you want to inflate numbers?  Well, so AX can still boast the self-proclaimed "Largest Anime event in North America" comes to mind.  It is all about marketing Troy.
