[ACML] Animerica to distribute solely at cons

Well, I have found that a lot of people do not know about Animerica, but 
know about Newtype. So maybe Animerica is trying a similar strategy to 
get their name out in the open again.

I remember ten years ago reading Animerica for the first time--being 
exposed to stuff I had not seen yet was just so neat to me. Hopefully 
they can make a return.
